Our Delivery Timings & Locations

We provide complimentary island-wide delivery to send condolence flowers.

For orders placed before 12:45 pm, your delivery will be sent out between 10 am and 6 pm.
For orders placed before 4:30 pm, your delivery will be sent out between 5 pm and 9 pm.

While we strive to accommodate everyone, our drivers follow the most efficient routes to offer free standard delivery, which means we cannot accommodate specific timing requests for this delivery option. You will receive an email notification from our delivery system once your delivery has been made.

Please note that there is a surcharge for deliveries to certain areas in Singapore: an additional $8 for hospital addresses and an additional $15 for Sentosa, Tuas, and Joo Koon. Moreover, we are unable to deliver to restricted zones and other offshore islands such as Lim Chu Kang, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, army camps, airbase sites, prison quarters, and shipyards.
