Shipping policy
The Bloom Box online florist store is made available for your convenience. Order anytime, anywhere, and have your floral arrangements delivered to you and your recipients’ doorstep!
Our studio operation hours are from Mondays to Saturdays from 8:30 to 17:30. We are closed on Sundays, and Public Holidays. Except special dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day. Please refer to our social media, homepage and FAQs for announcements.
Local Free Same-Day Delivery
Experience the convenience of same-day island wide delivery when you place your order by 4:30pm on the same day or before we run out of stock. We engage third party courier services to delivery your floral arrangements.
All orders to homes and offices will be delivered by 6pm, if you have placed your order before 12:30pm, and between 5pm and 9pm if you have placed your order order by 4:30pm. We apologise that we are unable to accommodate specific timing requests as our couriers adhere to the most efficient delivery routes, allowing The Bloom Box to provide free delivery.
If you require your order to arrive at a specific time, please select a preferred delivery timeslot on product page. An additional $20 fee applies for a dedicated delivery driver service.
Be assured that you will receive an email notification once your order has been successfully delivered.
Complimentary delivery applies to the main island. However, we regretfully cannot deliver to restricted zones or other islands such as Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin etc.
In the event that the recipient is not present at the specified location, we will take the following steps:
- For residential addresses, we will leave the delivery at the doorstep or with a neighbour.
- For office addresses, we will leave it with a colleague or at the reception.
- For cases where no one is available to receive and there is no suitable place to leave it, a $20 redirection fee will be chargeable for us to make a second delivery attempt.
To ensure smooth delivery experience, kindly ensure that you have provided us with a complete and accurate delivery address. We will make sure to deliver your order to the provided address as specified. In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address, a $20 charge will be imposed for re-delivery.
Local 4-Day Standard Delivery
For orders containing edible items without flowers, please allow 2 to 4 business days for delivery. A flat $5 shipping fee will be applied to these orders. We engage the services of Qxpress to ensure your items are delivered promptly and securely. Rest assured that your edible items will be handled with care throughout the delivery process.
Self-Collection
To get your orders faster, you may opt for Self-Collection at The Bloom Box.

Kindly select Self-Collection option at check-out. Please allow time for our experience florists to work their magic and craft your orders. Kindly wait for an email confirmation notifying you when your order is ready for collection before visiting our studio. This will ensure minimal waiting time and seamless collection experience for you.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally.
